Our Physical Education program aims to develop students' confidence, competence, and enjoyment in physical activity. Guided by the Victorian Curriculum and Fundamental Movement Skills framework, students build essential skills such as throwing, catching, striking, kicking, and ball handling through a range of engaging activities and games.
Students are encouraged to apply these skills in modified sports and game situations, developing their understanding of teamwork, decision-making, attacking and defending strategies, and game sense. Through participation in activities inspired by sports such as soccer, netball, and many others, students learn how to move effectively and work with others.
Above all, we strive to foster a positive attitude towards physical activity, helping students develop healthy habits, confidence, resilience, and a lifelong appreciation for being active.

Across the school year, we run several PE specific events, these include our whole school Cross Country, our annual Colour Run fundraiser and our Grade 3 - 6 Athletics Carnival. These events provide opportunities for every student to participate in physical activity in a positive, supportive, and fun environment.
During Terms 1, 2 and 3, our Grade 6 students compete against other local schools in a range of sports for our Interschool Sports Program. They play over two 'seasons' which offer different sports including tennis, soccer, football (AFL) and netball in the first season, and volleyball, cricket, basketball and european handball in the second season.
At various times throughout the year, we offer a range of free incursions to our students. These are thanks to Government funding and run for 3 to 4 weeks. The main aim of these programs is building students’ confidence and ability in different sports including Australian rules football and basketball.
